Holland Chemistry changes its name to ChemistryNL

ChemistryNL is the new brand name of the Top Sector Chemistry. With this new name, the Top Sector joins the NL brand, which will strengthen the Netherlands’ international position in tackling global challenges and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Humanity is facing grand challenges in fields like energy, sustainability, health, food, water, mobility, agriculture, and safety. The Netherlands has defined 25 missions that knowledge institutions, businesses and government are jointly working on to tackle these global societal challenges.

Our country is a strong partner for realising the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and continuously stimulates and facilitates innovation in an open, inclusive and inventive way.

ChemistryNL will execute mission-based Knowledge and Innovation Agendas (KIAs) developed for the 25 missions that support coalitions in innovation. Coalitions where Dutch Chemistry makes the difference.
